Facilities
For a cGMP facility incorporating airlocks, changing rooms and a range of handling devices such as drum tippers, vacuum manipulators, roller conveyor track, turntables and roller shutter doors.
Extract Technology have designed and co-ordinated the installation of a number of these facilities, all of which have met the specific requirements of the customer. The central element of the facility is always the Downflow Booth, which is then allied to standard products from other experienced vendors, all under the project management of Extract Technology.
Design Advantages include:
- Bespoke design to suit the customer’s specific application.
- The whole turnkey package is designed, project managed and installed by Extract Technology, thus allowing the client to have one point of contact.
- Bought-in elements such as doors, roller conveyors and turntables are procured from experienced vendors and then assembled into the “full package”.
- The facilities can be designed with their own HVAC supply and exhaust systems, alleviating the need for any additional link with the customers own system.
- Full validation services available including IQ/OQ and dust in air/containment testing.

Sampling Facility for Intervet - France
A project to supply a turn-key Sampling Facility has recently been installed at Intervet, Igoville France. Intervet now part of Merck awarded Extract Technology the contract for the sampling facility based upon the experience and knowledge on turn-key facilities within the Extract team.
