Other services available include Operator Exposure Monitoring using either real time aerosol monitoring or personal sampling; Filter Integrity Testing;
Re-validation; and Operator training/retraining.

Servicing: A planned preventative maintenance package can be provided to offer a scheduled visit by a fully trained engineer who will also undertake the inspection and full testing of your equipment.

Spare Parts: Critical to the prevention of breakdowns is the availability of spare consumable parts for your equipment. Full spares lists are provided upon installation, so that stock can be kept at the customers' plant, but fast access to components is also available through Extract.
Relocations & Upgrades: The highly skilled Extract installation engineers are available should you have any relocation requirements. Additionally the upgrade of Booths to incorporate patented Flexible or Rigid Containment Screens, cooling coils, safe change filters etc is always available.

Commissioning & Validation: Commissioning and validation is conducted to the latest international standards, and with full consideration to system design using traceable calibrated instruments. This applies not only on newly installed equipment, but also on any relocations and upgrades, when containment testing can also be performed.
